You'll always hear rumours...
If you're Irish.. if you're a girl..

I got in, I am a girl and part Irish, and we spoke about where in Ireland I was from in the interview...

Now it seems that they don't want Dutch.... and I know a case, same age as me and similar hours... and is not being called for the assessment

They're far from rumours unfortunately. All you have to do is speak to the dozens upon dozens of Irish low hours fATPL holders who have been left in the cold since 2011/12 by Ryanair and CAE..

Someone from my school who is Irish got hired by Ryanair not long ago.

Not saying they treat everyone equally but I wouldn't trust everything you read on a forum either.

There are loads of new Irish FOs in Ryanair. There are also plenty of women.

Dublin 8th april

Anyone attending the assessment day on the 8th of April in Dublin.

Those of you who recently attended, I would really appreciate if you could post the technical and HR questions asked.

I'll do the same as soon as I went there.

Oh and by the way I know a german guy who just got positive answer. I don't think they select upon nationality.

I applied in 2008, got answer in 2015. You are not supposed to get at interview just by applying...

There is no such pattern there.
I attended at Stansted on Feb 5th, 4/8 including myself got the green light after 13 days.
I also know a girl who got a negative after just a few days. (From the Dublin assessment)

If you think you can predict Ryanair and their recruitment process then please can you also give me some lottery numbers.

To those who were successful, do they give you a choice of TR start dates? If not, when do they inform you when your type rating course starts?

Thanks!
