Questions:

Tech questions:

1. why an a/c has such a high AoA after take-off, can we increase it more and more.., why not?, what to do to increase AoA&lift? (slats, flaps),
what kind of flaps do we have?
2. swept back wing cons/pros
3. ~what does limit the altitude? (coffin corner)
4. IAS stall, Mach crit stall
5. how can we calculate w/v? (sine function).
6. how to prevent stalling wing tip first?

7. V2 in balanced field
8. take-off segments

9.737 what powers the flaps? ->hyd. system
10.737 no. pax
11. 737 MTOW

12. current a/c engine
13. in 737: do engines have any limitation at full power?

good luck!

Is the answer to 3 always correct? What if you fly empty?
What is correct answer to 7?

It's at Simtech Aviation, basically at the airport.
If you stay in the Metro Hotel, they will pick you up from the airport
and there is a shuttle bus that will bring you to Simtech.

type rating costs

Hello Friends !!

I have a big question about the cost of the Type Rating

I got a positive call and now i'm looking for the options to pay for the TR.

Any of you know if there is any kind of agreement i can make with Ryanair to deduct the TR from my salary?

Thanks a lot for your help and Good Luck !!

No, you must pay full amount, €29.5k, 4 weeks before your course start. There is no other way to do it unfortunately

got a positive call and course confirmation...... since then silence!
is it normal standard?
how long after they usually show up and tell you more?

Cause need to resignate current job with long period notice and not having any news is a little scary!

When they usually start writing you again news and what to do?
Was there any case of ppl passing an assestment and then not having a type rating and job after it?
