Think the delay in you all receiving replies is down to the start of the decline of the business model used. Too many staff leaving (or given notice by Ryan) and the uptake of these staff by other normal employers is now taking its toll I think. Plenty of opportunity elsewhere so I’d recommend deleting existing applications with Ryan and go elsewhere for better prospects.

What if we just say that you haven't a clue?
Stick pusher - you wont be the only one from now on as they cant continue the broken business model, and no one to train new guys as all senior people are leaving. Its a blessing in disguise really, although it doesn't seem that way for now when your rejected. You have had a lucky break my friend, better employers are there for you. As said, my advice - delete any applications, go elsewhere and let it naturally wither and die, like it should. If it was an animal, you would put it down now.

I think they introduced the online assessment because for quite a while now they had been inviting around 12 candidates every day and only 2 or 3 get the job on average.

I cannot understand how they can filter like this so many candidates, based on their ability to count white dots on black circle, or put a dot inside a stupid tube, and according to this not to even invite them to the assessment, that they are paying for it. and quite a lot of money.
While on the other hand, they cancel so many flights because of pilot shortage.

Don't they have the candidates pay €55 euro for the online test? This is what I was told or read somewhere a couple of weeks ago. Now imagine how many people can do the online test per day compared to the maximum number of 12 candidates they host per day? Quite a lot. And I am sure they do still invite at least 8 candidates every day.
Ryanair are in trouble also with trainers, many have left and still are leaving and lots of cadets are in the pipeline. Admittedly, it is not as bad as it used to be a year ago or so, but still they are not in a comfortable position.

Ryanair is improving their contracts and giving extra bonus for guys who want to become instructors, also there aren’t broker contractors anymore, every new cadet signs a ryanair contract. It is a good airline to build experience and hours before apply to a major one.

Turkish even cover travel and accommodation costs. So do SunExpress.
Could you tell me where are the “plenty of opportunity elsewhere”? Ryanair is not the best airline in the business but is miles away from being the worst. For new guys fresh out of school the options to fly on a jet are really short: wizzair (****ty wages), easyjet (type rating price absurd), pay per flight schemes, etc.
