CAE1904

Good morning everyone, I will start my type rating on the 19th of June (CAE1904).
I would like to know if someone is interested in sharing an apartment with me.
Best regards,
Thibault

For those who want to prepare the Ryanair assessment, I got some hours on a Boeing 737NG simulator (complete cabin..) next to Luxembourg!

Donít hesitate to contact me by mail (from my profil), or by Private message if you are interested! Fly safe!

thank you.
you don't seem too interested in the company. Why would you even go for an assessment?

There we go, aviationfanatic is at it again. You need to understand that Ryanair are not God's gift to aviation. Ryanair have the potential to offer a pretty good deal with an excellent roster if you get based near home.

Hi guys, I'm new in this forum and I find it very helpful. But I'd like to ask if there is anyone who did the online assessment few days ago. If yes, what questions did you have for the interview? cheers.

Jeez... Why being an airline pilot if you still wanna live with mummy and daddy and your buddies or with your wife/husband and kids.
Excuse me but if you choose that career you know there will be sacrifices. You know that sooner or later you will have to say bye bye to Mummy and Daddy or to say to your wife and kids that you need to move especially if you want to fly with Ryanair because you know that Ryanair has hundreds of bases and thousands of pilots and they won't let you choose your base.
And obviously you want to stay around Belgium why don't you go Brussels Airlines you will be based in the wonderful airport of Zaventem. Or ASL in LiŤge.*
If you want to be a spoiled child *well indeed you should avoid wasting their times and yours.
No hard feeling mate.

Wondrex, no offense but you are writing lots of crap. Ryanair's strongest selling point for experienced pilots - like dboy seems to be - are a very stable and excellent roster with many "regional" bases. If you get this, you get a good pay and a reasonable quality of life, especially for family. If he has to move all over the continent than Ryanair won't be a good enough choice. It applies also to me if I can get base in my home country.

Good advice on ASL, plenty of time off but recruitment for FO's has stopped now unfortunately.

You spend more time on PPRuNe than on the aircraft. You will be a captain at the age of 65 at this rate.

Any recent feedback on the online test?

I have received the email for the payment and I want to be sure I covered everything before doing the actual test. I have only few days.

Your message inbox is full.
I applied in December 2018 initially. The came back that they unfortunately would not take my application further in January. Two weeks after that they asked if I was still interested followed by the online assessment invite

The online assessments are good, not too challenging but some make you think, you'll be fine.
The ATPL section sorry I can't remember any particular questions but I remember they weren't too difficult, I didn't have any calculations as such just fact clicking
