Are BMI Baby looking at non-rated pilots?
Just wondering if anyone out there knows if their supply of 737 rated guys has dried up yet?? And if so are they only going to look at those who tick yes to paying for your own rating, even with a significant amount of experience- 3000hrs+??

Hi Aquaplane1
I'm interested in all airlines recruiting like many others, but it doesn't mean we know everything.
From what I've heard and researched they look at all levels of experience. I also hear that they like recruiting from within, say if you worked there as a checking desk person or dispatcher and are willing to pay for your own rating.
I heard of one person who did this, and got offered a job but turned it down due to a better offer, so it's proven.
