Equipage:
Pilote: Frantisek Lehky
Radionavigateur : Pierre Astruc
Passager : Karel Flanderka , avocat

Your message is quite understandable for a French reader.
I suggest you send the same to

Hi NeoFit,

No, I don't belong to the club. I am trying to do the search on my own, but it's like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Hello,
it's like looking for a needle in a haystack.
Well, the first step is to find where is the haystack.

“La Croix” Saturday, January 1st, 1938

The funeral of radio Astruc, of Air France, victim of the accident of December 24th, 1937,
in Prague, will take place on Monday, January 3rd, at …hours, in Saint-Peter of Montrouge church [location 75014 Paris].
The burial will take place to Rueil [-Malmaison] [near Paris].

My ten cents idea is that the close family lived in the Paris 14th district and probably the cradle of the family was in Rueil-Malmaison (because we should find here a family grave).

So, you will doubtless have to make genealogical researches…
For instance Air France genealogy associations ( probably one of two is a dead link below)

 Section généalogique d'Air France - CE CDR Lignes, BP 30083, 95716 Roissy-CDG Cedex,
[email protected]

 Section Généalogie Groupe Air-France B.P 10201, 95703 ROISSY CDG CEDEX
o Tél : 01.48.64.04.87
o Email : [email protected]

Hope this help

Hello everyone,

thank you very much for all your help and for the links.

I am planning to contact the city hall at Rueil-Malmaison, maybe they will be able to help.

Cheers
