AeroLogic Information requested

Hello guys!

I'm considering getting into the TFC Flight Training ALFA program. Which could get me into a SO position after completion of the ATPL course.
Some questions I have about the company:
How are the rosters? I saw there is usually a 15d/month work schedule. Is it possible to commute from a neighbouring country? Do you have enough days off in between to commute a 7 hour car drive? And is it possible to jumpseat via the DHL network to LEJ, that could spare me a lot of time? And last but not least, how are the chances of getting into the company after completing training at TFC? Do most cadets get a position as 2nd Officer?
Thanks!

Correct, 15 days is a regular working month. Up to 18 can be planned, more only with your consent. Average tends to be 16 - 17 at the moment.

Most of the people don‘t live near Leipzig. Commuting is time demanding and totally on your own. Usually you get at least 3 off days between trips and you can expect 3 - 4 trips per month. Commuting on DHL flights is possible.

Looking at the numbers from over 20 ALFA courses since 2014 it‘s extremely likely, almost all students who made it through were offered a job, but there is no guarantee.

I don‘t know what your other options are, but it‘s a great way to start your career and I can only recommend it.
