Any updates on their solvency yet? Heard that 7/3/2013 was deadline for any potential buyer or restructuring.

As far as I am aware and have been told. ACG is dead.

Until now it is not dead. The people who are still employed are getting full salaries...

If, and in what form or constellation ACG will continue to exist, is yet unclear...but there are people who want to see those planes fly again....

Yes - correct. people are employed but this is to do with German Labour Laws as I understand. Sales & Marketing people sat at their desks looking out the window. I would also like to see ACG fly but there is no money and no new investment and of course the Luftwaffe are poised to attack anyone who tries.
