Info on new B747 Cargo Ops in BKK?

A friend just came to me and told me that he read somewhere (he can't remember where) that there is a new cargo operator based in Bangkok that has purchased 2-B747-200 Freighters. Have done a quick look on Pprune with no results.

Anyone know anything???

Or is this an UGLY:ugh: rumor my friend started?
