WOCL (eu ops)

Hi all.

I just heard that some airlines has applied or already got a dispensation from WOCL, sounds a bit strange.

does any one know more about this?

expand a little more, you mean freight airlines?. As such the definition of the wocl remains but there could be derogation with the numbers of hours :\
