Civilian Operators of DHC-5 Buffalos ?

Who are the civilian operators DHC-5 Buffalos around the World ?

I can't find any on the FAA register but I do recall there are some in Africa and probably Canada.

Saw a couple of Buffalos at Wilson Airport Nairobi recently near Uchumi.
