Avianca buying Tampa Cargo

Interesting turn of events. Avianca is buying Tampa Cargo from
Martinair. This should make the Latin American cargo market
very interesting.

Apparently Martinair is going to continue with the oversite of the new Avianca/Tampa cargo operation, in a management and sales orientation.
If Martinair is able to pass EEU scrutiny, and all shares pass to KL, does that mean that AF/KL will now have a Latin American based cargo operation?
