Pilots needed for Team Role Questionnaire
 

Dear all,

I'm a University of Glasgow student doing a dissertation entitled- "Is Crew Resource Management (CRM) an Organizational Development (OD) Intervention?"

The main aim is to work out which team role/s are pilots most likely to be according to R. Meredith Belbin (1981, 1993). Due to selection procedures, the hypothesis is that most pilots will fit into same one or more team role.

I'm looking for pilots of all experience levels to fill out a quick and easy questionnaire and e-mail it back to me. All instructions are on the following link:
