Jeppesen Instrument Approach Procedures

I am researching instrument approach procedures in effect during the 1970 to 1985 time period for Eastern Europe. Does anyone have Jeppesen instrument approach procedures for Eastern Europe for this period? If not, can anyone point me in the right direction to obtain them. All help is greatly appreciated.
