Anyone know if Tyrolean requires a training bond (if you have greater than 2000 total time)?? What times are they looking for to go left seat?

Asked a friend of mine who flies a DHC8 for them... He tells me that there is a training bond for newhire F/O's around 30000USD depending on the exchange rate.
You can expect Captain upgrade around 3000 TT.
They have different minimums for contract Captains.
