What happened to Great Wall Cargo

Tried to get through but their web site is closed.Did they shut down their operation or just called off for a while.:rolleyes:
Any info is highly appreciated

I think they were temporarily shut due to the major shareholder, Shanghai Industries or some such name being accused of breaking trade embargoes with North Korea or some such country! Vague I know but I think they are back in the sky now!
