SRX Avialeasing
 

Anyone know anything about this operator who flies AN-12s and AN-24s out of Florida? I heard a rumor they hire ICAO people and not just former CIS types.... Not that I want to work there, but seeing an AN-12 where I live in Alabama is quite an oddity....

This should be Uzbekistan Avialeasing. Uzbek carrier, operating on Uzbek AOC (there is some sort of open skies agreement between Uzbekistan and USA). A couple of An12s and An26s based somewhere near Miami, flying different stuff around States / Carribean / Central America.
I would be surprised if they hiring non-Russian speaking crews... All aircraft docs/manuals/training/language in cockpit are Russian.
