Dragon Air

Gentlemen,Can anybody please give me the low down on,Dragon Air Cargo,Pay,conditions,roster stability..etc.I currently work for a UK charter Co where the conditions are getting worse...and would be hankering after a Manchester base on the 747 classic..Thanks.
