Euromanx/Superheros

Euromanx/Dutch Superhero's

Waiting to fly from IOM to MAN earlier today.BA's -8 canx due WX.
Emerald ATP to LPL dly yep WX.

Up step Euromanx/Denim Air IOM-LPL on schedule.

Is it me or are the operating limits of the F50 so superior to -8 and ATP.

After all they all have to make it to the end of 26 in gusts of 50/60kts.

Remember the B1900's that flew under the Fog!!

super heros or super idiots, i would rather fly with an airline that works within legal parameters!

CargoOne 14th February 2005 11:07

I remember this feeling...
Once I've been booked to fly a short sector on Finnair ATR-72. At airport I've discovered that all flights of all operators (using B737/A320/ERJ145/CRJ200/MD80/F50) either cancelled or severvly delayed due to the snowstorm. The only one flight which was not affected was... my Finnair ATR72. I was desperate to be at destination so I took it... The flight was bumpy but arrived to destination anyway.

Might be worth looking at who the DFO is for Denim Air........:suspect:

lagerlout 15th February 2005 12:20

He has a good strong Manx name..... Robin VAN De Hoogenban or somthing like that lol

dusk2dawn 15th February 2005 12:31

..and just where did said F50 operator exceed what legal parameters ?

Conc 15th February 2005 12:57

Why is this topic in the freightdogs section? Euromanx is a scheduled passenger airline.

lagerlout 15th February 2005 13:10

euromanx sometimes carry the liverpool echo to the IOM i guess thats freight.

legal parameters .... all other carriers say no thanx then euromanx go and come back with a plane load of passengers being sick ......Their repuation in the IOM Preceeds them!

dusk2dawn 15th February 2005 13:13

So the airline did not declare the sick pax on the General Declaration ?

lagerlout 15th February 2005 13:19

Its merely a personal opinion that i hold.

i for one am gald i was not travelling on the flight. Perish the thought that euromanx would do anything outside the norm. all the other operators must have been wrong.

Fools all of them!
