USPS, CA to Europe, back to air cargo?

While watching the tracking info for my first class international package from California to Germany, I came across this:
https://esellercafe.com/us-postal-service-shifting-international-air-mail-sea-transport-during-covid-19-update-6-5-2020/

Since there was no update since June 5th, does this mean they have gone back to air cargo by now?

Curiously, those shipments were always from the East Coast distribution centers, headed for Rotterdam, and conspicuously excluded France and Germany, which regularly receive non-postal sea shipments through Rotterdam. Was there enough cargo capacity to these countries already in May?

How did LA ship things? They mention a sea shipment to Brazil from LA, but that's it.

It did not state if this is to Europe only or if it will make this operational shift to other continents as well. However, they in a non-COVID 19 world, use ocean routes to return empty bags Airfreight rates between Chicago and European airports. They might be having no issues on shipping but they would have a problem shipped it a day late or two. I use their services and there are USPS International Shipping prohibitions and restrictions.
