Just had a conversation about MD-11's on their ass. Bottom line is you usually have a loadmaster doing the load sheet during offload for uplift. As a MX Rep I would often watch the often foreign speaking load crew for him, this goes way beyond CG "in flight respect". Simply getting the lower aft off as quickly as possible and watching that the main deck freight is flowing FWD prevents this crap. Upload in respective reverse.
