Small Freighter on long sector - Advice sought

What would be an economical freighter aircraft to operate a 1700 or 2100 nm sector with 1200 kgs of freight and a couple of pax.
Falcon 20C?
No runway limitations.
Can insert a fuel stop if neccessary.
many thanks in advance for any assistance.

Depends on size of cargo, but you won't go too far wrong with a Metroliner.

GE engined Falcon 20 would need the extra tank, as you suggest. Or -731 engine conversion should do without it.

Does the cargo volume require a cabin that big, or would a 30 series Lear work?

Heck, a PC-12, or do they not have the range????

Embraer Brasilia can do that. It is a turborop, I donīt know if you are looking for a jet or a turboprop. How many passengers do you neen to take in?

no pax - just about 2 pallets.
Based in middle -east / Se Asia
regular flying.

Thanks for your suggestions.

Any learjet will not do - I dont have numbers for 30 series, but in 60,range 2100nm is possible only with full tanks, which leaves for cargo / pax around 800lbs. (15100empty, 7700 fuel, 23500mtow).

I spoke to a lear35 captain friend of mine, and I have done the cigarette packet calcs.
Looks promising.
many thanks.

With Metroliner or Brasilia you may struggle to comlete 2100nm trip within one crew duty period :)

CargoOne, you are almost right, but itīs depend on the airline and crews :oh:. Iīm sure you know what I mean.

Pilatus Pc-12 Looks Like A Good Option.
Single Pilot Ops If Approved By The Aviation Authority In The
Middle East.

What kind of cargo are you hauling? I hope it is not drugs!!!!

Perhaps an old HS-125-700 will work but do you need a large door width?

I can check my flight planning manuals and get back to you.
