A330F

The first A330F is going to Crystal Cargo, but does anyone know which airlines are going to recive the next ones? Who are the first airlines to operate the A330F?

Nice flights.

turkish

Turkish Airlines is one of the first to receive the aircraft. They even sign an agreement with Airbus recently to get the 'test' aircraft with new engines on. Apparently they do need new capacity urgently. Turkish will have the first one on September and the second will be delievered in October.

Thanks Speedygonzales

I would like to know which airlines are going to lease the A330-200F. At least 5 leasing companies have ordered this plane, so they must go to fly for an unkown airlines. Does anyone know who are planning to operate them?

Do the math, what large cargo operation that operates 3 engine aircraft that the A330 could match on routes for fuel and MX savings would airbus be pitching the A330 to?

The same company that already operates other Airbus freighter variants!

... based in Memphis and run by a guy called Fred.

i heard that the company based at KMEM are going be using B777F to replace their 3 engined wide bodies.

There is a rumour of 40+ 777's coming to the purple company form SIA with a BCF conversion from Boeing, as well as all the -200LRF's new from Everett. I'm sure there's some current MD-10 routes that the 330F would slip into nicely. There's currently 68 MD-10s in service on the property.

Well, there are currenly 66 orders including airlines and leasing companies. I donīt know how many are going to be delivered to the leasing companies, but the number is far away from Memphis... and no airline from there have oredered any A330F.

Intrepid Aviation

The above company is in Germantown Tn (Memphis), just too much coincidence here. I believe they have a solid order for 20 of those 66 sold.

The A330f is still a little light but could replace a MD10-10, the 777F has spectacular performance making it a no brainer for the MD-11. A 777 conversion would fall a bit short on several long haul routes but would still serve nicely on some intercontinental routes and heavy domestic ones.

I didn't think it was possible to convert the 777's
