CargoB Wing Tip Strike

Reports of a Cargo B B747-400 hitting a wing tip during taxi in Latacunga, Ecuador....

Tank2Engine 28th Jan 2009 17:00

It happens.

What's your point?

CargoMatatu 29th Jan 2009 07:32

Tank2Engine

It appears to simply be something new to read. Nothing wrong with that.

It makes a very refreshing change from the ad-nauseum Atlas/Polar shin-kicking contest :yuk::zzz:

Well, perhaps "747guru" could give us some factual details, instead of just a vague empty statement?

747guru 29th Jan 2009 08:26

Factual Details as requested

Why so defensive all the time guys? I was merely passing on info.

I agree, "Latest News" may have been a better forum than "Freight Dogs" for this item.

Anyway, they say the camera never lies.....here is a photo....from an insider, I dont know?
