I've just recieved a letter from Cirrus Aviation Consultants, in charge of the Stansted based pilots recruitment.
The rumor, at the present time, is : during initial training-ground course and sim-, the crewmember is not payed, not a single quid !

Is that true ?

yes it is true and the perdiems are 15 dollar per day in traing
