Any non passenger daytime only commercial work out there ?

I have a UK CPL and IMC rating and FAA CPL/IR as well as 1000 hours and 500 instruction (all SE so far)

Due to colour "blindness" my license is restricted to "daytime only" and "no passenger transport" - but as you can't keep a good man down I would like to know if there are any operators out there who conduct day only operations such as pipeline survey, parcel delivery, coastal patrol or anything similar that might pay a wage and keep me flying ?

Come on somebody must have a lucrative contract to spot Dolphins and Whales off the west coast of Scotland for the summer season :)

I'm afraid you are posting to the wrong forum (although I'm not sure what would be the right one here). The freight dogs here are mostly involved in a 5 to 120 tonnes capacity birds and business around such birds rather than single-engine and/or one man crew things...

Thanks Cargoone !

That explains the deafening silence:\

Neil, I will leave you to your nocturnal lifestyle but as you guys and girls are well advanced in your careers perhaps you would keep your ears close to the ground for anything that might get me sorted. I do have an exciting opportunity that I have fingers crossed for but it is taking a bit longer than expected hence my post (always have a plan B):)

Unfazed,
You know mate there are a few jobs in Africa that u might be interested in, there is alot of daytime bush flying in Botswana (8-900 hours a year and not bad salary) and also some bush jobs in Tanzania and a very few in Namibia. Give it a go, u never know!

Yes, Africa is where I would be headed. Plenty of day flying down there as Jetstream said. Don't hold your breath for a

Every man and his dog would sell his mother for a job like that.
