DHL - Leipzig base?

Maybe later during the year they might hire on A300.
Allegedly they received 1000+ applications on the first afternoon.

I reckon that also for the A300/B757 they have thousand of applications on file and I would not expect them to publish another job advert for that.
Same story with DHL Air UK.

TBH I’m surprised they even felt they needed to advertise. Can’t believe that don’t have multiple CVs on file already.

This is awful, a website tricking people into applying by stating that an A320 type rate does qualify.
It does not. But a non-qualified application does qualify for the black list at DHL! Oops!

Probably not many with 1000 hrs on the A330 or with considerable FBW experience.

With regards to DHL UK recruitment, I contacted hem and they informed that the rumours on PPJN are not correct. Their holding pool remains closed and once they start recruiting again, they will only recruit out of the holding pool that was created in the summer of 2020.

It would be nice if one could update their profile in that hold pool, but all is gone. There's no way for me to access my profile.
Can you send me an email address I could get in contact with them just to further investigate this issue?

Indeed
Well I managed to access it after some trouble shooting, but it's impossible to upload an up-to-date CV with actual count of hours.

Whatever. Brexit in the way would be a bigger issue.

Nothing wrong with that, its all part of the Open Skies agreement, UPS is not a 3th country operator like the UK airlines. ;-)

taking pilot jobs from European pilots. Try operating European registrations within the US.

In other news:
DHL now in bed with another bottom feeder.

Look, I don't like it either, specially when you arrive at the same time at the same hotel like the UPS guys, I always finde them a bit snobby, but it is according to the agreement, WE can not fly within the US because its the same country, same for UPS, they can not go from CGN to MUC, but they can of course go from CGN to WAW, GVA, LIS, etc. It is what it is.

The race to the bottom already started in DHL some time ago.

It's the individual EU countries that have to work on this. I hate to see UPS flying from VLC to BCN.
