Air Bridge Cargo?
Part of the Russian Volga-Dnepr Group, not sure how their operations are affected by the economic sanctions.

Looks like it. One aircraft been “parked” in LAX since 11/3 and the other in HHN since 10/3. Unlikely it’s due to lack of work.
