Well that was a pretty vague and useless update by Anna.

Oh please, that was not for the benefit of the pilot group. That was for wider public consumption. Just watch, that update will either get "leaked" or be cited in another SCMP propaganda piece. They want to ensure the public knows they are still the most caring company and at the same time show their stakeholders that things are under control.
