Now, here's a strategy..if the Checkers and trainers aren't stepping up to the plate, so to speak, then why don't the line guys pull a day of "illness" at PC time..that puts them straight in the firing line with the trainers who are being asked to resign and strangles the system in a similar way.. grow similar balls??

Absolute total utter BS. Trainers are doing a job they volunteered for! Has any trainer who recently resigned from training suffered any repercussions? Resigning from training is not the same as calling in sick for a duty that will just be re rostered, then what? call in sick again, then again....

Everyone harps on about directors not leading from the top, not cutting their pay and benefits or even reducing the numbers of overpaid bean counters. We should lead from the top also, f£$*%ing resign from training, have an easier life, whats the worst that can happen? Become a line CN not able to give back to the profession :hmm:
