Cathay Cargo Future
 

With all the restructuring of routes and fleet on the freighter side what is the future for the Cathay Freighter fleet and pilots ?

Will some of the 742 guys switch to the A300's (or whatever) on the regional routes ?

Will Cathay recruit (when able) direct entry FO's onto the 744 freighter fleet ?

Please lets not start another Cathay management bashing exercise as there is enough of those threads elsewhere.

Just interested in comments to my questions, if possible.
