FOC booking
 

Does anyone know how to view your FOC booking on i Journey. I've made a FOC booking using my 2010 concession. The status is waitlisted. But I couldn't view my booking online. How do I know if the status becomes confirmed?

There is a problem with duty travel waitlistings, which IMT is working on!, don't know if that has anything to do with it.
I've yet to use ijourney and have only used FOC tickets once in 18 years so can't really help.

As someone else said on a different thread: download the "check my trip" app.

It can show you the status: I just used it last week.

Go to check my trip.com and put in your booking number.

I just went in to I journey, click on your current bookings. Select the flight your talking about and select it then click the "details" button. Instead of saying "wait listed" mine changed to "confirmed" about a day before the flight.

Just found out that you can only upgrade you FOC at HKIA. damn

if i were you i would just pop up to Benefit Centre :} j/k

i have only issued ID after iJourney launched, let me try to issue FOC tonight and let you know.
