Basings illegal?

There is a strong rumor going around that some guys on a LON base facing double taxation have challenged the company. Apparently the UK firm CX did use for on-shoring doesn't exist. Any truth to that?

...could you possibly provide some more specific details: a) 'challenged the company'....in what way? threatening lawsuits?, a formal protest through the AOA...etc. b) the 'firm CX used' for what exactly?.....to establish the base, to administer the base...? A few more details if you have them. Thx.

This is just the kind of stuff that should go on the AOA boards. Anybody posts on a public forum such as this should be suspect.
