Termination Clause

CoS Para 35.3. The Company currently has the right to terminate an Officer without stating reasons. We gained a commitment to “review” it in the future. This outcome is very disappointing.

On the Veta Hong Kong Cos08
It is Para 34.3 Where it says that we can be terminated with 3 months notice.

Where does it say with no reason?

Right there in Para 34.3, Where it says that we can be terminated with 3 months notice. It doesn't say they have to have a reason.
