FO Bypass Pay
 

After the first read and upchuck...time to address some issues affecting F/Os. From what I deduce, F/Os currently on Bypass Pay will continue to receive it until 2011 if they elect that transfer date to CoS '08. Other F/Os who could be eligible shortly (but not yet in receipt) i.e. F/Os hired around the year 2000 date...are essentially screwed. As all Captains go to 65 there are no extensions therefore no BPP eligibility regardless of delaying transfer to CoS '08 in 2011. There was no mention of Junior freighter captains going to full B-scale, does that mean they stay on freighter scale until seniority aligns?

I noted that the S/Os are screwed on Bypass Pay...as it is now a NEW mechanism ??? Correct ???

I can only HOPE the AOA can clarify all issues that are being raised.

There is too much open to interpretation by the company, and the GMA did a poor job in trying to "encourage" pilots on to COS 08 by his explanations or lack thereof. :ugh:
