...well, much like George Bush, I think he has been handed a difficult job at a difficult time. I don't trust him (naturally!), but I will give him the benefit of the doubt for the moment. I do think that he should try to be a bit more balanced about the issues than he is however....for the sake of his credibility.

Who in CX management can be trusted? Be it top floor or 3rd. All of them just there to look after themselves. Don't ever bother going up there for help...:ugh:
