Where can I find a list of Medical examiners that can renew my HKG medical certificate outside of HKG(preferrably in N. America)?

If you follow this ^^^^ link then search the AIC, I think it is AIC05-08, you will find a recent list, but I don't think N.America features. UK, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and of course Hong Kong. :}
