Anything good to say about CX?
 

Does every one at CX hate working there?

No, I dare say most don't hate it. It tends to be the same dozen or so that continually whinge on here.

I suppose its a case of whether you have been around a bit or just out of short trousers! The newsness of it all wears off after 6 months and you see it for what it is - just like most jobs really.

The point with CX is there are plenty of yes men and no real man/woman managers at the coal face - shame really so it is rather rudderless at your first supervisor contact level.

Add to that a Board that seems to go out of its way to put the pilot body down (well thats how it feels) and you can see why there are a lot of unhappy people around.

If you can put up with all of that then make their day and join.

You'll have to excuse my newness, but so far I have enjoyed my 8 or so months here. Only a few minor gripes, but nothing compared to what you see in the U.S. right now. I think I made the right decision.

Besides, what other airline offers free kung fu outfits, er, um... pajamas, in first class? :ok:
