Soviet Aircraft Carrier

I am interested in visiting the Kiev class carrier Minsk in shenzen that is (or at least was) open to the public.

Does anybody know if it is still open to the public as news reports claimed the operator was in financial trouble and is it easy to get to? Bus, train, helicopter?

Any info would be appreciated.

It was still there 6 months ago when ifew over BEKOL. Nots sure if its still there or if its still open to the public.

Was there a month ago, but I did read recently that it was being moved to a more permanent location with new "sponsorship"
