I see that the HKG Government has finally put legislation in place to prevent the sending of unsolicited Fax, Text, Message and recorded messages. Simple instructions for opting out for your mobile, Fax and also SMS can be found at:

Would being called repetitively on my G Days by CC count as Commercial Messaging? .... sadly no option to opt out of those nuisance calls.
