Sim Instructors have been awarded a 13% payrise from 01st Jan................

shows the relative value.................

Especially of North Americans with a big fat 0......................

3% for the rest of us ( apart from the 0% to NA, even worse )

Could not agree more, everything in a nutshell. It really is this simple. A mass exodus will prompt fantastic increases for those left behind. KA are living proof. Remember market forces? How many will leave? My guess, not alot.

No, I've got a better idea. Let's just all join the Check and Training team. That way we can selfishly assure ourselves a 10% pay rise, while at the same time screw everyone else! Well done AOA:ugh:

Read the outgoing and more importantly incoming letters on the AOA website and you will see what kind president you have. It is very easy to see what kind of relationship ST and NR have. It is just more of the same as we had with MG. AOA presidents working for and with management rather than for its members. Thats what we get when you abondon 52 of your fellow pilots.
