744F LHR base

After some info on typical roster patterns for this fleet? How many days away, off at home base, is it all heavy crew or is the chance for two crew out there on some sectors?

If you are thinking of joining, make sure you ask CX about their plans to go to 3 man crews.

Oh, and while you are at it, ask them if they ever intend to give their pilots a fair pay rise again.

Does anyone have any info on this? I'm hearing lots of variations re roster patterns....... 9-10ish days away seems roughly the concensus but the reported days off seems to vary from 4 to 8 off! Maybe this reflects reality? What are the typical routes? Can anyone shed some light please?
