Qantas will establish a new, independent flying training business by the end of this year with a view to training 3,000 new pilots for the airline over the next 10 years as well as a “significant number” of pilots for other carriers.

Cathay, is also running a similar scheme for other carriers, It is just that they are not getting paid for doing it !!!
