S/O upgrade pass 100% (close 2)
 

The latest rumor has it, that CX is now so much under pressure to man their A/C that basically every single S/O are passing the technical upgrade interviews. Guess the margins are being lowered - even at the legacy CX airline - gnsk gnsk.. :D
Guess they are finally getting scared of seeing those new, fine, shining 777s on the parking lot.. That will teach them.. Cant stop laughing.. gnsk gnsk..

Weird indeed. Another poster lost in perceived reality as opposed to actual reality. Have never known Line Checkers & Trainers reacting to commercial pressures. Could it be pilots are presenting themselves better prepared ?

Just a question - what if you DON'T pass the F/O upgrade? When (and if at all) is there another chance? Or you stay as SO for life? :}

There are no permanent S/Os in CX :uhoh:

No big news here guys really. All airlines are the same, in good times, they cant get enough up-grades but when things are slow they all become fussy and the colour of your eyes could hold you back!!
Just gotta laugh at the hypocracies they spit out from time to time. Ho hum..make hay whilst the sun shines though!!
