DEFO FRIGHTER PAY
 
Can any of you enlighten me on what would be the net salary for an EU based DEFO on the 742/4?Would also like to know if CX pays taxes for you and if so in which country?One last Q. pension scheme details?

SALARY
Officers are paid a salary which is normally increased annually in accordance with a published scale. This salary is common to crew flying all “types” of aircraft on a fleet (Common Jet salary). Crew are paid in the currency applicable to their base area. Effective 1st January 2005:
Captain First Officer
Europe GBP 75,300 GBP 42,900
Australia AUD 161,532 AUD 91,992
Canada CAD 163,320 CAD 80,604
USA USD 123,996 USD 63,504

Freighter First Officers receive up to 10 annual increments in rank, the first being awarded on completion of twelve months service from DOJ.

Allright i guess it was a gross figure then....sorry if i am being pedantic on the issue but do you add flight pay/per diems to that?And if so how much roughly?
Basically if you could came up with a net monthly figure (including everything) we could call the subject off...

I had a look at the payscale for cathay pacific and mus say what a joke offering 5000 us as basic and 90 us perdiem a day.
