Question for CXers
 

Hi Folks:
I have an application on file for as S/O with Cathay. I looking for some advise on which would look better to Cathay for getting that first interview.
Qualifications:
Total time 6500
M. PIC. Turboprop 2500 (large aircraft)
Jet 500 (light/medium jet)
University education
I was thinking of joing the training department with my current employer to gain some varied experience but that would cut back on building my jet time.
Questions:
Would the training experience look better or the total jet time?
With my current qualifications, would I qualify for a direct entry F/O (I read the posted qualifications but looking for what's currently being accepted)?
