CX upgrades
Ok, I know I'm igniting a potential fire here, but I'll do it anyways.
I understand that for each change in rank at CX one must get through a review board. I assume that they look at your training records, any evaluations by colleagues, as well as your general personnel file. I have several questions about this. 1. What percentage of people do not get approved for an upgrade? 2. What are the biggest reasons for this? Thanks Drunknsailor |

They look at everything, this include personal file, and worse of all your sickness record THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD, as you don’t use sound judgment when calling in sick but rather, Is this before or after leave? to close to block of g days? public holiday? etc. Most of the people on these “panels’ have never met or fly with you.
