CX Basing Agreement
 

What is the consensus on the new and improved basing agreement at CX? Why did they split Australia and New Zealand/USA and Canada? Seems to be divide and conquer with Grandfather rights being applied. Must get the vote through I guess.

I suppose you can have a re-vote if it doesn’t get there first time.

Would there be a reason to delay aircraft acquisition announcement until the vote is finished. Sinister I know.
