Breakdown of Nationalities in CX?

Tried a search to no avail.

I recall seeing a pie-graph (or the like) in an older X,Y & Z book which illustrated the breakdown of nationalities in CX tech crew. I was wondering if anyone could divulge the percentages of pilots from differing nations?
