getting to Borneo from Hong Kong
 

Any thoughts on getting from Hong Kong to Borneo? I'm an American Pt 121 pilot.

Thinking direct, first thing comes to mind is Dragonair from Hong Kong to Kota Kinabalu Malaysia. Or Royal Brunei from Hong Kong to Brunei. Both places on Borneo Island. Your question sounded simple enough but is this the answer you are really looking for?

Silberfuchs, spot on with the Borneo destinations. BTW, Air Asia aint that bad mate :ok: Maybe I am the only 'problem' pilot as I'll have a few moments of my mind drifting in to dreamland when I hear all you Cathay guys on the radio! :O

noflow, to position to other destinations in Borneo ie Indonesian areas, you can further connect from some of the destinations listed above.

MAS has 737 running between HKG and BKI at least 3 times a week,most likely 5 times. Dragon too.
